Refund policy
Handmade Items
We accept returns of handmade items in their original condition for a refund. Please send a message through the Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order with your return request. We will provide you with a return address.
The cost of shipping a return for a refund is the customer’s responsibility unless there is a defect with the item. The customer is required to provide Remi Vail Studio with a tracking number. A full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
If there is ever a problem with an item, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to see what we can do to remedy it.
Custom Orders & Sale Items
Custom and sale handmade items and fabric orders cannot be returned.

Fabric
We do not accept returns of fabric unless there is a manufacturing defect in the fabric itself. If you feel there is a manufacturing defect of the fabric please send a message through the Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order with your return request.
Digital Products
There are no refunds for digital products, such as PDF patterns.
Lost, Stolen, and Returned Packages
Remi Vail Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe shipping address, watch the package tracking, and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered, we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers. We recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen package issues.
If a package is returned to us via return-to-sender and you would like it to be reshipped to you, we require a reshipping fee.
