The Full Circle Quilt is a block-based design, incorporating use of traditionally pieced half-circles in a clean, modern aesthetic. If curves give you the heeby jeebies, have no fear, there are video tutorials to walk you through the process!

The design tells the story of the shifting tide and rhythm we experience throughout the changing of the seasons, our rolling emotions, in the resonant beating of our hearts, the calming movement of our breath, with birth and death, and in relationship with self and intertwined with others.

I wanted the colors to move, meld, and reappear, to share space and softly curve to find each other. Thank you for sharing this experience with me. I hope it may evoke a place of rest, warmth, and connection.

Description

• Instructions use cutting measurements and templates.
• Block-based.
• Traditional piecing with curves.
• Fabrics requirements listed in photos.
• Mini: 4 color palette + background sashing
• Baby: 8 color palette + background sashing
• Throw: 18 color palette + background sashing

Basic Skills & Equipment Necessary

• Intermediate patchwork and quilting skills
• Sewing machine and sewing skills
• Rotary cutter: You may find that a 28 mm rotary cutter is easier for curves. This is not required, but is helpful.
• Quilting ruler(s)
• Temporary basting adhesive is helpful for use with the templates.
